Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Development Executive to oversee our employee training and development programs. This role is key to ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. You will design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives, supporting the continuous improvement and professional growth of our workforce.
Training Program Development
- Design and develop effective training programs that align with organizational goals and address identified skill gaps.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the learning requirements for each department or role.
- Create training materials such as handbooks, visual aids, online modules, and presentations.
Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, adapting content to suit the audience's needs.
- Work with department heads to schedule training sessions and ensure smooth delivery.
- Utilize different training techniques (e.g., interactive activities, e-learning, blended learning) to engage participants.
Performance Evaluation and Improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze training outcomes to refine and improve future programs and track employee development progress.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to training.
Employee Development
- Assist employees in identifying career development goals and creating personalized development plans.
- Coordinate with management to provide support for succession planning, talent development, and leadership initiatives.
- Encourage and facilitate cross-functional learning and collaboration.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in training, learning, and development, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
