-⁠ what's the requirement -

We're looking for full-time basis based on the following:

  • You have 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or user management in relevant roles and industries.
  • A background in operations with hands on experience is a plus.
  • We’re ONLY LOOKING for KL/Selangor-based applicants but be prepared to be mobile and flexible.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in Malay, independent, focused and goal-oriented.

-⁠ what's the scope -

  • To ensure all users are onboarded, issues attended to and resolved and monitoring of their journeys.
  • ⁠⁠To ensure the user and user experience are always prioritised in all development work and deliverables.
  • ⁠To help with the day-to-day operational requirements for campaign success and event management.
  • To strategically acquire users to grow the current driver base when needed and encourage sign ups for upcoming campaigns and are on-boarded following our SOPs and requirements.
  • ⁠To be a proactive team player that constantly discusses and contributes ideas, collaborates with the team to identify, and fix technical problems, and always highlighting possible issues during development, if any.
  • To carry out work and assignments as a team and ensure milestones are timely met.
  • To be ready to learn anything when that particular skill is needed to get the task done.
