Job Descriptions:
- Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, allowances and employee record management.
- Ensure all staff information inclusive new staff confirmation entry, promotion, termination, demotion entry is update correctly into the system.
- Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure payroll procedure are compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll and address any discrepancies.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Managing a team of Payroll staffs, on their day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support and assist in internal and external audits related to payroll records.
- Oversees processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
- Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in HR Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in Payroll function in MNC settings
- Preferably with regional experience covering APAC & EMEA countries
- Must have experience managing a big team
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Industry standards
- Willing to work at Seri Kembangan HQ MR DIY
