Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee day-to-day payroll operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, allowances and employee record management.
  • Ensure all staff information inclusive new staff confirmation entry, promotion, termination, demotion entry is update correctly into the system.
  • Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure payroll procedure are compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll and address any discrepancies.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Managing a team of Payroll staffs, on their day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support and assist in internal and external audits related to payroll records.
  • Oversees processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
  • Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in HR Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Payroll function in MNC settings
  • Preferably with regional experience covering APAC & EMEA countries
  • Must have experience managing a big team
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Industry standards
  • Willing to work at Seri Kembangan HQ MR DIY
