Job Requirement:

• Acquire leads through offline channels
• Participate in business networking events to enhance brand presence and market engagement
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs
• Provide expert advice on policy options
• Stay updated on the latest insurance products
• Keep informed of industry trends and regulatory changes
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and modifications
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Address client concerns and provide ongoing support
• Promote insurance products and services
• Identify upselling opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Ensure adherence to financial advisory regulations
• Uphold ethical standards and company policies .

  Candidate with sales experience is an added advantage

• Vacancies open for Malaysian with own transport
• Min SPM holder or higher qualification
• Fresh grads are welcomed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Required languages: Mandarin and English
