Job Description

  • Assist HR Manager to plan and implement fair and competitive compensation packages and rewards programmers for all levels of staffs.
  • Develop and manage Gantt chart timeline for all tasks assigned in compensation and benefits.
  • Assist on market research on compensation and benefits trends in the industry.
  • Support on ensuring pay and benefit structure of the organisation to be aligned with the compliance with the statutory requirements.
  • Record and report on the effectiveness of current employee benefits plans.
  • Suggest on possible course of action to be taken to improve the existing plans.
  • Process on payroll administration for onboarding, offboarding and contract renewal.
  • Keep track on employment records and ensure updated before the cut-off date of payroll processing.
  • Assist in conducting annual performance appraisal.
  • Support distribution of pay and benefits information to the employees.
  • Ensure all employees are covered by insurance and the issuance of medical insurance for GHS card.
  • Respond to any internal and external Compensation and Benefits related inquiries.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.

To be successful for the role:

  • Minimum 2 year of HR working experience in Payroll or Compensations and Benefits.
  • Knowledgeable about labour law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to conduct job evaluation and job analysis system.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resource systems, databases and metrics.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Motivated with passion for performance-oriented work processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technologically savvy and computer literate.
