As a Recruitment Manager at an establish employment agencies, you will lead our Employment Agency division, focusing on the strategic sourcing and placement of candidates in various roles across the industries Your primary objective will be to drive recruitment efforts that align with our clients' needs while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

Responsibilities
Commission plus profit sharing
You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our recruitment team executes the hiring process efficiently. In this role, you will also be tasked with mentoring team members, promoting best practices in recruitment, and staying abreast of industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment / P&L process for our Employment Agency, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with client needs and market demands
- Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for client requirements
- Mentor recruitment team members and promote continuous professional development
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the success of strategies and processes
- Stay informed about industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
- Starting a team to generate P/L
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven track records
- Proven experience in the sales /headhunting and closing is a must
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals
- Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Open to those that keen to move into a bigger role stepping into global recruitment
