  • Perform daily & weekly bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly and yearly account report
  • Monitor account payable to ensure payments are up to date
  • Perform and review monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Perform banking duties as and when needed
  • Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, company secretary and other professionals
  • Perform general administrative and other accounting duties from time to time
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks when assigned by superiors
  • Minimum education requirement: Diploma in Accounting/Finance/LCCI/Administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Must be aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality, positive working attitudes, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice.
  • Fast learner with a passion for accounting and administration.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
