- Perform daily & weekly bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly and yearly account report
- Monitor account payable to ensure payments are up to date
- Perform and review monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Perform banking duties as and when needed
- Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers, company secretary and other professionals
- Perform general administrative and other accounting duties from time to time
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks when assigned by superiors
- Minimum education requirement: Diploma in Accounting/Finance/LCCI/Administration.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Must be aggressive and committed to work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality, positive working attitudes, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or with short notice.
- Fast learner with a passion for accounting and administration.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
