Admin Executive (Security Company)

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with clients and suppliers for service proposal, quotation, order and contract.

2. Handle and oversee all the hostel management .

3. Prepare the Purchase Requisition for any payments to the suppliers or service provider.

4. Manage company asset handover and takeover to and from staff such as motorcycle, access card, handphone and keys.

5. Manage and monitor office and hostel cleanliness and maintenance.

6. Manage, monitor and maintain company vehicles including road tax renewal, insurance, maintenance services, summon and touch n go card.

7. Manage and handle permit renewals for lorries and other matters related to transportation and vehicle.

8. Communicate with JPJ, APAD, and other requirement needs for lorries and vehicles management.

9. Handle receiving, quality check and return of the new arrival stock

10. Monitor, order and manage office supplies and stock.

11. To conduct any other general ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates with internship experience in logistics, stock or any other administrative duties are welcomed to apply.

2. Minimum 1 year experiences in administrative field.

3. Preferred candidate with degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial or other related course.

4. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
