Mission

The mission of People & Culture Officer is to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that aligns with Primal’s values. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, developing effective people strategies, and nurturing a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the People & Culture Officer will drive initiatives to strengthen organizational cohesion, ensuring Primal remains a great place to work and grow.

Accountabilities

  • Quality of Hire: Ensure that all new hires successfully pass probation and achieve high retention rate post-hire.
  • Onboarding: Support training and development for new hires during their first 90 days, ensuring thorough understanding of company processes and basic skills.
  • Workplace Culture: Champion Primal’s values by promoting an inclusive, positive workplace culture through initiatives that foster engagement and belonging.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction and retention, regularly assessing feedback and making improvements.
  • Learning and Development: Oversee onboarding and development initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped to succeed and grow within Primal.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with legal standards and best practices, supporting a compliant and supportive work environment.
