- Prepare and manage documentation and reports to support various business functions.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, recording.
- Handle correspondence and communication with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns .
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking skill.
