  • Prepare and manage documentation and reports to support various business functions.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, recording.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns .
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support business operations.

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking skill.
  • Full-time position needed.
