Job Description:
As a Sales Manager/Director at PalFish, based onsite at Q Sentral in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you’ll play a crucial role in establishing our market presence and driving revenue growth. Leading the sales team, you’ll develop strategies and support contract setup to drive enrollments and make quality English education accessible throughout Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Oversee PalFish’s operations in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on building our brand locally.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Tele sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Customer Relations: Build relationships with potential customers and educational partners.
- Performance & Reporting: Track team performance, optimize processes, and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Proven Sales Manager experience, preferably in education. Priority given to candidates with backgrounds in companies like English First, Wall Street English, Kumon, LingoAce, or I Can Read.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and CRM proficiency.
- Mindset: Results-driven, with a passion for education and growth.
