If you are an HR Business Partner looking for a challenging and diverse role then this could be the next opportunity for you. This role offers you the opportunity to formulate and drive implementation of HR processes - including key agenda of building high performing organizations, driving people centre excellence and ensuring HR operations and processes are driven smoothly as well as building positive ER strategies for the plant workforce. A significant aspect of this role also involves engaging with union representatives and fostering a collaborative environment.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- HR Business Partnering – As a member of the plant leadership team, partner for all HR processes, including performance, talent and reward HR processes
- Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition – Support manpower planning for the plant. Create talent acquisition strategy and deployment for the plant work force and drive hiring efforts
- Engagement & Culture – Drive and lead the engagement within the plants to build a highly engaged and positive plant work force. Build ownership of technicians to operate with greater autonomy and empowerment
- People Centre Lead – Lead the People Centre Pillar under the Kellogg Work Systems Manufacturing Excellence deployment in the plant. Drive key agenda on building high performing organisations within the plant
- Capability Building – Drive the Education & Training pillar under KWS to support capability efforts and partner the function – specifically drive the technician training agenda for the plant
- Reward & Recognition – Drive the annual compensation review process for all plant employees whilst enabling a high-performance culture. Build a recognition culture within the plant for ongoing engagement
- Employee Relations – Enable peaceful employee relations, managing different populations within the plant work force to foster a positive, non-unionized work environment through proactive engagement and grievance handling. Manage external unions amongst contract workforce and drive the collective bargaining process as necessary
- Union Relations – Navigate union negotiations, address employee concerns, and implement strategies that promote a positive working relationship between management and union members
- Plant Compliances – Oversee and ensure 100% adherence to labor compliances and external audits at the plants
- Environment Management – Build relationships with key governmental departments to establish a positive work environment

- Corporate HR/ HR operations team
- Supply Chain Leadership team/ Plant leadership team
- External Relationships: Government Officials, Union Leaders, etc
- This person will lead a plant HR team of three people
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Post Graduate degree in HR
- 10-15+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Plant HR
- Experience in Plant HR, Compliances, Industrial and Union Relations, Collective Bargaining
- Experience in FMCG organizations is preferred
