- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of training solutions, coordinating with trainers, venues, and relevant departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Client Success: Measure the effectiveness of solutions and work with clients to ensure they meet their development goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends in talent management and learning solutions to continuously improve and innovate AZEO’s offerings.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and the internal team on project progress, client feedback, and results.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree.
- 2 - 5 years of sales experience in talent management, learning solutions, or a similar consultative role.
- Strong understanding of corporate training needs, especially in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and tools is an advantage.
