  • To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payable.
  • Prepare PV for supplier payment, Key in AR Receipt for customer payment.
  • Update daily bank statement, debtor & creditor aging
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation, monthly sales reports
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • General office administration works
  • STPM / Diploma with at least 2 years of related experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping and able to handle full set of account
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Candidates who are available to start immediately will be an advantage
