- To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
- To handle accounts receivables and account payable.
- Prepare PV for supplier payment, Key in AR Receipt for customer payment.
- Update daily bank statement, debtor & creditor aging
- Prepare Bank reconciliation, monthly sales reports
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- General office administration works
- STPM / Diploma with at least 2 years of related experience
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping and able to handle full set of account
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Candidates who are available to start immediately will be an advantage
- 5 working days
