  • Perform service workshop front office duties in daily operations (Ushering customers, taking customer request etc).
  • Handle customers service documentations and invoices of charges.
  • Consult with mechanics on the necessary repairs and maintenance service works.
  • Attent to the customers' enquiries, explain the jobs performed and its charges.
  • Responsible to collect payment for all the service performed and ensure closing is done by end of the day.
  • Answer phone calls from customers on complaints and service appointments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and records and update service information into the system accordingly.
  • Assist administrative function requirement for Service department.
  • Minimum SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Automotive related field.
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of related working experience.
  • Have experiance in communication with customer.
  • Familiar with computer applications and willing to learn after sales management system application.
  • Able to communicate and understand Bahasa & English (Basic conversation skills).
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
  • Customer satisfaction oriented, pleasant personality with excellent communication skill.
  • Able to work long hours (beyond standard working hours) if and when needed.
  • Able to work during weekends if need be (Company/Training/Job request).
