  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers
  • Acts as mobile field service engineer on assigned service to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely with short notice in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction
  • Responsible to provide the company’s pre and after-sales technical and service supports, technical advices for required solutions
  • Support analysts in effectively identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issues
  • Work closely with the Sales and Project teams
  • To provide technical training when necessary and delivery local seminars
  • To support the team to answer request for proposal
  • To support Product Testing with Sales team
  • To support customer’s installation/configuration
  • Ability to listen and analyze customer needs
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction
  • To plan and servicing in advance and Keep an inventory of equipment spare parts
  • Ability to travel up to 90% for JB area & 10% other state if required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent work experience
  • Able to travel to Johor Bahru area to assist client (candidates that live nearby Kempas, Pasir Gudang & Skudai is preferred)
  • Basic hands-on experience on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple service requests at a time under high pressure and challenging situations
  • Have own transportation and independent
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills

Job Details

  • Working days : Monday - Friday
  • Contract duration: 12 months (view to extension and also absorption into permanent based on performance and vacancy - subject to approval)
  • Available to start immediately
