Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with local pickleball clubs, organizations, and influencers to promote the pro shop and its offerings.
- Organize and promote community events, such as tournaments, clinics, and demonstrations, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Act as the face of the pro shop at local events and tournaments, representing the brand positively.
Customer Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve the shopping experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the pickleball market.
- Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations & Branch Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Train and support staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or sports-related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for pickleball and knowledge of the sport is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
