- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest pickleball equipment, brands, and trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and monitoring product levels.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Set up displays and ensure merchandise is properly labelled.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting in-store events, clinics, and demonstrations to engage the local pickleball community.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; familiarity with pickleball is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language: English & Mandarin
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of pickleball rules, equipment, and culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move merchandise, and stand for extended periods.
