    • Handling reservations, including taking calls, managing online bookings, and coordinating special requests.
    • Addressing guest inquiries and concerns, providing information about the menu or services, and facilitating a positive dining experience.
    • Keeping the entrance and waiting areas clean and organized, including managing waitlists if necessary.
    • Coordinating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
    • Handling payment and update payment status.
    • Informing guests about daily specials, promotions, or events.
    • Observing and managing the flow of guests to optimize seating and reduce wait times.
    • Gathering guest feedback to improve service quality.
    • Assistant to take food and beverage orders from Guests.
    • Able to explain to guests about food and beverage products.
  • At least completed SPM education
  • Mandarin language is advantage
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
