-Support the team in organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient food preparation area.

-Help in preparing dessert by follow the guidance and instructions SOP.

-Ensure ingredients are fresh and clean before use in food preparation.

-Inspect food before served to customers, ensuring IT meets quality standards.

-Work effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations and high quality food service.

-Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues to support team goals and maintain a positive working environment.

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning kitchen stations and utensils after use.

-Ensure proper storage of food in accordance with safety standards, including storing items in the storeroom and freezer as needed.

-Uphold kitchen hygiene practices by maintaining cleanliness of hands, nails, and clothing, following the dress code and wearing proper hair and hand coverings.

-Assist in training new team members as needed.

-Take the initiative in seeking guidance and clarifying tasks when necessary.

-Must be Mandarin candidates

-Min SPM qualification

-At least one year of working experience in a dessert shop will be preferred.

-Willing to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays

-Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.

-Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

-Must attend food safety training and typhoid injection

-Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food and beverages

-Willingness to adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
