Store Executive (Pcba / Smt) (Base in Senai, Johor)

Job Descriptions: -

Store Executive ensures efficient management of inventory, oversees logistics, maintains accurate records, and supports overall warehouse operations.

1. Inventory Management

• Monitor Stock: Keep track of component and material levels.
• Reorder Supplies: Order new stock before running low.
• Conduct Audits: Regularly check and verify inventory accuracy.

  2. Logistics Coordination

  • Receive Goods: Check and record incoming materials.
  • Ship Products: Oversee the shipping of finished goods.
  • Work with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

    3. Documentation

    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Reporting: Generate and review inventory reports.

      4. Warehouse Management

      • Organize: Ensure materials are stored properly and safely.
      • Follow Safety Rules: Adhere to safety standards for handling materials.

        5. Other

        • Improve Processes: Suggest ways to enhance inventory handling.
        • Resolve Issues: Address any problems with inventory or orders.
        • Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

1. Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management. Experience in electronics/SMT is a plus.

2. Skills

• Inventory Management: Able to track stock and reorder as needed.
• Organization: Keep the warehouse tidy and efficient.
• Communication: Good at talking with suppliers and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Handle issues that arise with inventory or shipments.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping.

  3. Knowledge

  • Industry Basics: Understanding of PCBA or SMT processes and components.

    4. Good attitude, positive mindset, communication skills.

    5. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in English and Malay.
