Senior Operation/ Logistic Executive

Job Description: - Ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures (SOP's). - To oversee and manage the warehouse operations and to ensure warehouse operations is running smoothly and efficiently. - Planning and controlling of over all activities in the warehouse. - To ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse. - To provide support on matters related to supervision of staff including recruitment, performance management, induction, on boarding, training and general day to day issues. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. - To motivating and disciplining staff. - To keep a check on staff attendance, absentees and over time as well. - Resolve and arising problems or complaints pertaining to foreign worker - The maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse (5S). - Monthly update warehouse balance stock status like OOS, Discontinue items, slow moving items & others with purchaser. - To maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse. The reports include inventory of stocks, dead stock, consumption and manpower. - To perform warehouse briefing by weekly before start of operations. - Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager / management Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: Diploma/ Degree/ equivalent or relevant working experience. - At least 3 years of relevant warehousing working experience. - Strong team player with high degree of commitment, well organizes and able to handle multiple tasks. - Forklift driving. - Knowledge and understand warehouse management and computer literate - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and CN. 职责： - 确保遵守标准操作程序(SOP’s) - 监督和管理仓库运作，确保仓库运作正常平稳&高效运行。 - 计划和控制仓库的所有活动。 - 确保仓库符合安全和卫生要求。 - 督导员工的事宜，包括招聘事宜，提供支援。 - 绩效管理，入职，培训和日常事务。 - 管理库存，并与数据存储系统协调。 - 激励和约束员工。 - 检查员工的出勤、缺勤和加班情况。 - 解决与外籍工人有关的问题或投诉。 - 仓库保洁的维护(5S)。 - 每月更新仓库库存平衡状态，如OOS，停产品，慢货物品和其他与采购。 - 维护与仓库相关的报告。报告包括库存，消耗，人力。 - 在运营开始前每周进行仓库简报。 - 协助经理/管理层安排的其他工作。 要求： - 最低学历:文凭/学位/同等或相关工作经验。 - 至少3年相关仓储工作经验。 -- 具有较强的团队合作精神和高度的敬业精神，良好的组织能力和处理多个任务的能力。 - 叉车驾驶。 - 具备仓库管理知识和计算机知识 - 优秀的英语、马来西亚文和中文沟通能力。
