How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Manage and create Delivery Orders (DO) and Customer Delivery Orders (CDO). Confirm DO and CDO daily in Gideon, including bulk orders.
- Ensure that DOs and CDOs are issued correctly and accurately. Make sure they are confirmed and saved by the end of the day.
- Maintain proper and safe storage of paperwork.
- Act as the point of contact for communication with walk-in customers.
- Create requests for Credit Notes (CN) in Gideon and Debit Notes (DN) in Snow. A CN is required when we receive any cylinder complaints from customers. Once we receive the Cylinder Complaint Form (CCF) from Logistics and Production, along with approval from the Branch Manager, the CN will be raised for the customer in Gideon.
- Track supplier invoices to ensure they match with Purchase Orders (PO) in Epic. Verify that suppliers are using the correct PO number, that the quantities are accurate and match the SIG PO, and confirm that suppliers are billing correctly.
- Perform Service Receipt Verification (SRV) in Epic once the items are received.
Are you a MATCH?
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2 year of working experience in similar industry preferably.
Good written and communication skills.
