JOB DESCRIPTION
> Assist in sushi preparation.
> Ensure the freshness and quality of seafood & sushi product.
> Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen
> Understand and complies with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
> Provide good customer service to enhance customers’ experience.
> Understand the seafood products of the company.
> Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
