Job Descriptions: • Recruitment & Selection: Involve in recruitment and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and short-listing of candidates according to specified requirements. Understand job requirements, competencies and capabilities required by the business units and possess the ability to assess and match the right candidate to the role for the business requirements. • Training & Development: To assist in identifying staff training and development needs, competency and for planning, organising, training record and overseeing appropriate training. This include the monitoring and assessment of the training programme. • Employee Relations: As liasion Human Resources, other corporate departments and employees regarding Human Reosurces issues, assist in benefit communication by answering employee question and establishing liasion with the company’s carriers. • Industrial Relation: To assist administering staff disciplinary procedures are being adhered, advised HOD’s for action to be taken. • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. • At lease1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position and fresh graduate is welcome to apply. • Advantage knowledge of labour laws, compensation & benefits, recruitment (local, foreign worker, and expatriates. • Must be able to multi tasks, communicate HR ideas, problem solver and proactive in performing tasks. • Strong communication skills and English proficiency (written and spoken). • Possess good presentation and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
