- Respond to incoming calls, emails, whatsapp, telegram, walk in inquiries from customers
- Work under pressure to handle and resolve customers' problem/ complaints in professional manner.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Follow up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customer
- Perform any other administrative function including daily and monthly report.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Candidate must possess a Diploma and above.
- Preferable with 2-3 years related working experience
- Proficient computer skills (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and customer services skills.
- Must be independent, self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and well-organized individual
- Capable to perform multi-tasking efficiently
- Excellent planning and time arrangement skills
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
