To carry out supervision and inspection of Pre-cast production process so as to ensure that the whole process are in accordance to the contract specification and drawings required by the Housing & Development Board (HDB) Singapore. 2. To carry out quality check on the molds to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications so that the pre-casts are produced at required quality and accuracy. 3. To verify and submit monthly report on production volume to housing development board Singapore (HDB Singapore) via RCY Pte. Ltd. Singapore. 4. To carry out random sampling of materials for tests in accordance to drawings and specifications. To sent material test results and equipment calibration reports to Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer as and when RTO receive the results. The SO Rep shall be informed of non conformance. 5. To check on quality materials delivered to the respective pre-cast plant or site and report the same to Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer on any materials that are not confirming to the specification. 6. To ensure proper and updated records of all works, including records of tests, inspections, side diary, work progress, approved drawings including all amendments, all departures or deviation relating to pre cast works provided by Design Qualified Person, attendant of Qualified Person (Supervision) and Qualified Side Supervisor and etc are kept. The records of all works are to be delivered to the project RE upon completion of all works. 7. To electronic scan hand mark pre-pour checklist and send by attachment in email to Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer weekly or as required for the work. 8. To report all non conformance to Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer immediately 9. To take and carry out instructions including administrative task from the SO Rep Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer. 10. The appointed RTOs in this contract shall accredited with joint accreditation committee of the Institution Of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the association of Consulting Engineers, Singapore (ACES)
