Junior Supply Chain Executive (6 Mths Contract)

Scope of Work Assist in carrying out import and export logistic activities ensuring timely deliveries Prepare purchase orders and delivery orders. Responsible in administering documents – compile invoices, Dos, PO and filing Responsible in being in-charge of office maintenance. In charge of purchasing of stationery & pantry items. Assist in travel arrangements such as preparing itineraries, booking of flights, visa & hotel reservations Assist in conducting seminars, HRDF application for trainings as well as any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Assist warehouse to perform inventory adjustment in system if any Compile and provide of monthly Inventory Record Accuracy Reports and location utilization report Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required Requirement Preferably to have experience in import and export logistic Meticulous in work and produce result with high accuracy Maintain strict confidentiality, honest & trustworthy Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skill Multitasking, self-motivated, initiative, posses a pleasant personality Well-perform both independently & in teams Able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines with minimal supervision Willing to learn and grow
