Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks in the HR & Admin department including updating employee records, job descriptions, departmental organization chart and related matters
• Support in drafting HR procedures and workflows
• Organizing and assisting in training planning and execution
• Assist in new projects implementations and initiatives
• Compile and prepare HR-related analysis and reports
• Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities
• Other tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
• Internship duration 4 – 6 months
• Background study in Business Administration / Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent
• Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
• Internship allowance will be provided
