Key Responsibilities: Admissions Process Management: Review and process student applications, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and meet the institution’s admission requirements. Communicate with prospective students regarding admission criteria, document submission, and the next steps in the application process. Provide guidance to applicants on program choices, eligibility, deadlines, and admission requirements. Ensure all required documents (academic transcripts, recommendation letters, standardized test scores, etc.) are received, reviewed, and entered into the admissions system. Coordinate with the academic and student services teams to ensure applicants are successfully transitioned into their courses once admitted. Visa Processing and Compliance: Assist international students in obtaining student visas by guiding them through the visa application process and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order. Prepare and review all visa-related documents for accuracy, including visa application forms, financial documents, acceptance letters, and any additional requirements set by the immigration authorities. Provide information on visa regulations, requirements, and processing timelines to students and their families. Liaise with immigration authorities and consular offices to clarify visa requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely approval. Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and visa requirements to ensure compliance with the latest policies. Monitor students’ visa status and ensure that they comply with visa regulations throughout their course of study.
