Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

• To perform direct purchasing and overall inventory planning and control of the Company
• Perform sourcing, selecting and negotiating task with suppliers
• Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels and lead time requirement
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, delivery requirements, quality of service whenever required
• Monitoring of pricing, issue purchase order to supplier and follow up with supplier to ensure delivery of goods
• Prepare of management report, purchasing analysis, budget or forecast
• Service oriented with passion to solve procurement needs at all time
• Assist in building strong working relationship/partnership both internally and with supplier

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
• Good communication and negotiation skills dealing with suppliers and internal customers
• Self motivated, dynamic, and possess leadership traits
• Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and compliance
• Preferably candidates with experience in F&B Industry
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers
• Candidate must be willing to work in Mont Kiara
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
