Sales Advisor (Property Division)

Responsibility Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launches and project launches. Keep abreast of latest sales and marketing information and competitor activity to understand the latest market demand. Participating in sales events (including but not limited to exhibitions, road shows & events) as assigned. Promote and sell the company's properties effectively. Advise purchasers on bank loan and end financing procedures. Achieve sales targets set by the Management. Develop sales strategies for the assigned projects and ensure attainment of the company sales goals and profitability. Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by The Management. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Must be able to work with the senior management team to strategize, develop and market products and services that meet market requirements and generate business growth leading to fulfillment of the company's development plans and objectives. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Willing to travel within Malaysia (as and required).
