Job Responsibilities : 1. Document Management - Organize, maintain, and archive project documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. - Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to team members. - Implement and maintain a document control system to track revisions and versions. 2. Quality Control - Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. - Coordinate the approval process for project documents, ensuring timely reviews and sign-offs. 3. Collaboration - Liaise with the project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and distribute information. - Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations as needed. 4. Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related materials. - Maintain project filing systems, both electronic and physical. - Record and prepare minutes for project meetings.
