Chargeman/Assistant Chargeman

Requirements : - Possess a valid Certificate of Competency as a Chargeman for Low Voltage Systems (A0-A4) or High Voltage Systems (B0) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia. - Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and electrical system operations in manufacturing environment. (We warmly welcome applications from fresh graduates!) - Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint). - Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices. - Possess good analytical skill, interpersonal skills and able to work independently. - Candidate must not be colorblind. - Must be able to work on rotating shifts. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities : - Setup, supervise and manage the operations of the factory facilities system. - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Perform repairs on various equipment, including compressors, air dryers, air-conditioning systems, and other machinery as required. - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. Prepare detailed maintenance reports and provide updates to the management team. - Identify areas for improvement in facility operations and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
