Position Title: Senior Project Management Office Job Purpose: • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources. • Lead, coordinate and motivate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and status reports. • Coordinate project activities and manage project dependencies. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. • Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. • Plan and execute project post-mortems to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and milestones are achieve. • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues in a timely and effective manner. • Providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex large projects. • Mandatory experience in C-level stakeholder engagement and change management. • Cross country/region/BU project delivery and management experience required. • FMCG industry experience preferred. • Should have handled projects for CRM and/or SAP and have understanding of the underlying functions. • Should have on-premises and Cloud technologies understanding to be able to deliver and manage the scope of the project. • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstream's and stakeholders. • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
