Job Summary: The Clerk cum Office Driver is responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks as well as driving office staff and executives to and from various locations. The role requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office transport duties. The individual will ensure smooth office operations and facilitate transportation requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Clerical Duties: - Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, maintaining records, and document management. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Answer phone calls and respond to emails when necessary. - Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when needed. - Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting materials. - Coordinate with internal departments for clerical support as required. - Manage and organize office files, both physical and electronic. - Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Driving Duties: - Drive company vehicles to transport employees, visitors, and materials as required. - Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. - Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel usage. - Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies when operating the vehicle. - Assist in loading/unloading items and deliveries, when needed. - Ensure timely arrival for scheduled appointments or meetings. - Provide a safe and comfortable travel experience for office staff and guests. - Drive ceo and coo if needed Qualifications: - Minimum of [1] years of experience as a driver, preferably in a professional or office setting. - High school Spm/diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or courses is a plus. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards. - Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently with attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Basic knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.). - Previous experience in an office or clerical environment is an advantage.
