Sales Manager will be responsible for lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and structuring the team. Other than that, maximizing our Company sales team potential, constructing sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. - In charge of maintaining and growing Commercial & Home solar business - Maintaining good relationship with existing home solar clients and developing new relationship with potential clients. - To aggressively drive <100kWp solar market segment - Able to demonstrate multitasking capabilities such as prospecting new business, understanding needs of customers, providing proposal of suitable solutions, following up, securing projects, monitor execution of projects, coordinating commissioning / handover, managing accurate forecast, meeting sales target and others. - Will be given guidance to plan, strategize and execute all sales activities to achieve a collective business target on the assigned territory - Build strong rapport with client and relevant parties before and after sales service. - Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and manage the Home Solar team. - Implementing new sales plans, marketing and advertising. - Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company· - To keep up to date with technology advancement, legislations by Suruhanjaya Tenaga etc. as well as policies & incentives by the Government. - To undertake marketing initiatives i.e. roadshows, promotions and participation in exhibitions. JOB REQUIREMENT - A good basic degree in related courses marketing/ engineering / science / finance / renewable energy - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales / sales management preferably in Solar Renewable Energy industry - Passionate about environmental sustainability and renewable energy. - Independent, self-initiative, responsible and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success
