Your responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients.
- Own the project plan with schedule, communications, risk, and deliverables.
- Support team members by removing barriers to their work and identifying ways to work effectively. Drive decision-making on the scope.
- Manage project financials, timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Identify, mitigate, communicate, and escalate project risks and opportunities. Understand risks associated with web portals and native mobile development.
- Collaborate with the project team to define the product scope, work plan activities, and milestones. Ensure that the agreed-upon scope and timeline are aligned with our budget and resource plan.
- Manage the scope prioritization and delivery expectations with the client.
- Development team management. Assist with ClickUp setup, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily standups.
- Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets Bitlab quality standards, project objectives, and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of project delivery experience. Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience managing web and native mobile products.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in design + engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills, including a nuanced understanding of the differences in working with startups and enterprise clients.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and navigating large complex organizations.
- Deep experience creating and managing communication plans, and stakeholder mapping of large client teams.
- Experience wrangling large stakeholder teams, and driving alignment on decisions to keep things moving.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients.
- Unparalleled ability to read the room (and these days, a Teams call).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
