As a Software Developer, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working alongside talented professionals to innovate, design, and maintain bespoke software applications. Your role will span the entire software development lifecycle, allowing you to contribute from conceptualization through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions based on requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using programming languages (e.g. javascript, typescript, C#, Java)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production environments.
- Liaising with customers during requirement gathering, technical consultation or project deployment.
- Depending on the projects and clients involved, work nature might require weekly standup meeting outside of business hours (remotely).
Qualifications:
- Experienced with Visual Studio (preferably version 2022), .NET (preferably ver. 6) and C#.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or three years of experience in software development.
- Working independently and self-studying (you might be required to read papers from RFC, ISO, NIST, ANSI, etc. to conform to international security standards).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ANY of the following skills with the following will be given highest priority: Socket Connection with TLSv1.2; ANSI X9.119 part 1 (2016) and 2 (2017); RFC 7519, RFC 6238, RFC 4226; Clouds and microservices; Visual Studio Code and Angular 13.
- Skillsets below would also be an advantage: w3c XML Signing for ISO 20022 (i.e. the standard adopted by PayNet’s RPP); Thales payShield 10K Host Commands; DUKPT and Remote Key Loading; ISO 8583; Cryptographic API (e.g., PKCS#11, JCE).
