IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead our technology-driven projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results without compromising on timelines, budget, or standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of IT project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute Projects: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage Timelines and Budgets: Create detailed project plans and schedules while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Lead Teams: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality by implementing best practices and conducting regular reviews.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and Report Progress: Utilize project management tools to track progress, generate reports, and analyze project performance.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-mortem evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: 3+ years as an IT Project Manager managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Candidates must be able to speak Tamil as the business nature.
• Looking for immediate starters.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
• Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
