Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Set sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Provide coaching and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop team members through feedback and training.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Adapt sales approaches based on customer feedback.
Sales Operations
- Manage daily sales activities for efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with other departments.
- Align sales strategies with company objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Use data to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies.
- At least 3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in pharmaceutical sales (Cardiovascular portfolio experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent problem-solving and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
