You will help us to:
- Manage and maintain HR data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports using Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Support HR projects and initiatives by providing administrative and analytical support.
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR data, contracts, and general HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects that enhance the employee experience.
- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions as needed.

You will be successful if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Previous experience or academic background in HR is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
