You will help us to:

    -Manage and maintain HR data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. -Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports using Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. -Support HR projects and initiatives by providing administrative and analytical support. -Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR policies and procedures. -Handle employee inquiries related to HR data, contracts, and general HR processes. -Collaborate with HR team members on projects that enhance the employee experience. -Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions as needed.

You will be successful if you have:

    -Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. -Previous experience or academic background in HR is preferred. -Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. -Malaysian only
