JOB TITLE: INTERN OPERATIONS FACILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in analyzing anomalies report in Alpha Phe and identify rectification scope of works based on criticality
  • Assist in generating Material Take off (MTO) and reviewing specification of the rectification drawings.
  • Assist in planning and execution of improvement/modification/rectification projects.
  • Assist in reviewing and tracking work pack submission and highlight if any missing/incomplete document.
  • Assist in materials procurement process.
  • Assist in monitoring anomaly work pack submission until close out in Alpha Phe and provide the status.
  • Conduct site visit to fabrication Yard and monitor fabrication progress.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Technology discipline/ Engineering /Equivalent with a minimum CGPA 3.0/4 or its equivalent.
  • Good teamwork
  • Willing to learn multi-discipline scopes
  • Knowledge in Engineering
  • Active communication skill.
  • Positive and discipline work attitude.
  • At least 5 to 6 months of internship duration.
  • Result Oriented
  • Motivated
  • Priotise Safety
