As an Associate, Business Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their requirements are met. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, promoting customer loyalty, and identifying opportunities to upsell and expand the relationship.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts related to the Troopers App.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will proactively engage with key accounts to understand their goals and challenges, provide tailored solutions, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, offering strategic guidance and insights to help them optimize their usage of the Troopers App and achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews with key accounts to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with key accounts, including upselling additional features or services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the industry.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and linguistic skills in English and Malay
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Resourceful with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
