Looking for a strategic account manager who has a proven sales performance record in the digital infrastructure (connectivity, cloud , cybersecurity, contact center & data) & smart industries (IOT) in large enterprise preferably FSI, Manufacturing, Transportation & Energy sectors. This is a hybrid role where farming and hunting is required to grow incumbent account and winning new logos .
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include winning new sales and driving retention of existing revenue year or year. Additionally, the role is also expected to build a sustainable account management by driving operational excellence to keep trust and confidence between the company and the customer for existing and future businesses. Candidate must exhibit a good level of maturity to handle team dynamic , to handle complex contracting , to maneuver processes and tools and to orchestrate resources efficiently to meet company goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree of any fields backed by at least 10 years direct sales experience in ICT sector.
