Role Description
The Talent Development Manager will design and implement talent development initiatives that align with the business objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in talent development, preferably in a global working environment.
- Strong background in succession planning, talent and leadership development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to innovate and lead in a fast-paced environment.
