Job Summary

To supports and participate in executing and optimizing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand evolving digital marketing needs, formulate full-funnel digital marketing strategies and actionable data-driven performance marketing plans for achieving business goals.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
  • Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital advertisements, website content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective digital assets that align with the brand’s guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Product, and Marketing and Strategic Communication teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Assist in tracking and mapping the customer journey across digital channels, identifying pain points, and proposing improvements.
  • Support content creation to ensure content aligns with growth objectives.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of digital content across platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance and provide reporting on KPIs, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the reporting manager to support decision-making.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital growth techniques to support strategy development.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, finance, communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation and marketing, or a related role.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social media ad managers, email marketing tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to data and reporting.
  • Result- and detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and financial products.
  • Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the brokerage industry and share trading products, both local share trading and global share trading, will be an added advantage.
