Role Description

  • Prepare overall arrangements for training programs, including notifying participants of program confirmations, handle venue booking and setup for training sessions, manage HRDC documentation, including grant applications and claim submissions.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring the annual training calendar, track training participation and attendance to ensure compliance, ensure adherence to training policies and standard operating procedures at all times. and maintain the accuracy of all training database records.
  • Prepare monthly reports on training programs and assist in the preparation of talent development proposals for management approval, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduates of Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Science or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to multitask.
