STRATEGIC ROLE AND PURPOSE:
- Reporting to Head of Modern Trade, this role will be mixture of sales planning & guiding (Region) Trade Excellence Executive
- Crucial in sale executions & analysis for Modern Trade and Pharmacy account
- 3rd party merchandising agency management to ensure MT/Pharma operation excellence
- To assist Trade Excellence Executive in managing trade operation – Modern Trade and Pharma
- To assist Head of Modern Trade in managing operation excellence by building strategic business planning
- Developing and implementing trade promotion strategies that align with the business objectives and budget
- Work closely with cross function team ie trade marketing, region operations team & merchandising agency to drive value added programs and activity to deliver company objective
- Lead the monthly operation cascade with 3rd party merchandising agency
- Conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior and preferences, identifying opportunities and threats
- Establishes strong & sustainable relationships with key retailers to provide timely and valuable information for decision-making
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers, and agencies, to communicate the promotion details, negotiate the terms and conditions to improve service level performance
- Troubleshoots any issues or problems that arise during the execution phase and provide feedback and support to the sales
- Efficiently manage trade spending to optimize opportunities to drive growth
