Job Summary

STRATEGIC ROLE AND PURPOSE:

  • Reporting to Head of Modern Trade, this role will be mixture of sales planning & guiding (Region) Trade Excellence Executive
  • Crucial in sale executions & analysis for Modern Trade and Pharmacy account
  • 3rd party merchandising agency management to ensure MT/Pharma operation excellence
  • To assist Trade Excellence Executive in managing trade operation – Modern Trade and Pharma
  • To assist Head of Modern Trade in managing operation excellence by building strategic business planning

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing trade promotion strategies that align with the business objectives and budget
  • Work closely with cross function team ie trade marketing, region operations team & merchandising agency to drive value added programs and activity to deliver company objective
  • Lead the monthly operation cascade with 3rd party merchandising agency
  • Conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior and preferences, identifying opportunities and threats
  • Establishes strong & sustainable relationships with key retailers to provide timely and valuable information for decision-making
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers, and agencies, to communicate the promotion details, negotiate the terms and conditions to improve service level performance
  • Troubleshoots any issues or problems that arise during the execution phase and provide feedback and support to the sales
  • Efficiently manage trade spending to optimize opportunities to drive growth

Team member/ Subordinate: Six (6) Key Account Executive in region

Experience

  • FMCG experience in managing modern trade and pharmacy retailers in planning and execution, preferably to have 3 years in key account management and sales operation experince
  • Knowledge of merchandising, sales operations, promo planning, and in-store activation

Education

Bachelors in Economics

Others in Business Administration or Accounting
