HR Officer (1-Year Contract)

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a HR Officer to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional who thrives on people interaction and is passionate about coordinating HR activities and external engagement within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist to source, manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and interviews to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Support and implement programs to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Training & Development: Assist to organize training sessions and workshops that promote employee growth and align with company objectives. Monitor performance and records.
  • HR Data Management & Analysis: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and analyze data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • External Engagement: Build and manage relationships with universities and educational institutions, coordinate career fairs, and represent the company at recruitment events.
  • General HR Support: Assist with various HR functions and projects to support department goals and ensure smooth operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in junior HR roles, especially in the hospitality or service sector. Familiarity with university engagement and career fairs is an advantage.
  • Personality: A naturally bubbly and personable individual who loves connecting with people and building relationships.
  • Hospitality Enthusiast: A strong passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective engagement both internally and externally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Event Coordination Experience: Previous involvement in coordinating external events and university partnerships is beneficial.
